Macmillan Cancer Information and Support
The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre is based at the entrance to the Outpatients Department at Arrowe Park Hospital (next to the main entrance).
The centre is a friendly and welcoming facility, which provides a variety of support including:
Free confidential drop in service for anyone affected by cancer.
One to one practical and emotional support to patients, families, carers and staff.
General literature and information about all cancer types and useful resources for people looking to reduce the risks of developing cancer, people with a diagnosis, those who are living with the consequences of treatment and those who are living with and beyond cancer.
Information and support over the phone and by email for those not able to access the service in person.

The centre is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Please call before making a special journey. Appointments can also be made outside these hours.
